14-day, reply-required. If you’re not happy with an information product within 14 days of purchase, reply to your receipt email and tell us why. We read every reply. We’ll process the refund through Stripe.
The reply step isn’t a barrier — it’s so we can hear what didn’t land for you. The checklist gets better when readers tell us where it’s unclear. We’d rather hear “this section confused me” than just lose a customer silently.
After 14 days: no refunds, but the product is yours forever and you can re-download it from your receipt email anytime.

Discovery Call ($0): no refund needed — there’s no payment.
Paid Consultation ($150) and Strategic Deep Dive ($250):
Podcast Launch Package, Livestream Production, Fractional Advisory Retainer
These are governed by the separately executed Statement of Work or engagement letter, not this policy. Contact [email protected] with questions about a specific engagement’s refund/cancellation terms.
For information products: reply to your receipt email. Subject line “Refund request” is fine. Tell us briefly what didn’t work.
For consultations: reply to your booking confirmation email.
For larger engagements: email [email protected] referencing the engagement.
We process refund requests within 5 business days. The refund itself appears on your card statement within 5–10 business days after processing, depending on your bank.
If you initiate a payment dispute (chargeback) with your bank without first contacting us, we may decline future business. We’d rather solve it directly. Email us first.
