Designed, proposed, installed, and operated the internal broadcast production studio for one of the most prestigious financial advisory firms in the world — founded 1848. Six-month engagement. Engaged via EY.
Lazard was founded in 1848. It is one of the oldest and most prestigious financial advisory firms in the world — M&A, restructuring, asset management, all at the highest end of the market. When Lazard decided to build an internal broadcast production studio at its NYC Metro office, the engagement vehicle was EY (Big 4 consulting). The technical work was Vincent.
Six months. Designed it. Proposed it. Installed it. Operated it.
Most enterprise broadcast studio builds split across at least three vendors: a designer, an integrator, and an operator. Lazard’s engagement consolidated all three into the same seat. VAAV held the design, the install, the commissioning, and the live operations for the six-month run.
A 175-year-old institution decides to build internal broadcast capacity. The engineer who designs the room is the engineer running it on day one.
The Lazard engagement is the entry of EY (Ernst & Young) into VAAV’s engagement-vehicle catalog — the 12th distinct category of how Vincent reaches end-clients across the 31-year arc. The categories also include direct VAAV-prime, production-house-routed (American Movie Company, Magic Seed, Mirmade, Hello World, Plan Experiential), staffing-company-routed (The Phoenix Group, Computacenter, Merge IT), AV-vendor-routed (TriTech, AV Services, Kinly), and now Big-4-consulting-routed (EY for Lazard).
EY brings the strategic-consulting wrapper. VAAV brings the technical execution. The combination is what gets a 175-year prestige brand to commit to building a new in-house production capability.
Engaged via EY (Big 4 consulting) · six-month full-lifecycle · design + propose + install + operate
NYC Metro · Lazard’s internal broadcast studio
End-to-end internal broadcast system — from design through live operation under a single named technical authority
EY (12th catalogued vehicle category) · Lazard as end-client
Lazard joins Elliott Management, Millennium, JPMC, Blackstone, HSBC, Deutsche Bank, Barclays, the Federal Reserve, BNY Mellon, Citadel, Fortress, MUFG, Aristeia, and Metropolitan Commercial Bank as the 15 Tier-1 financial institutions in VAAV’s 31-year catalog.
Each of those engagements arrives through a different vehicle. The Lazard / EY pattern — Big-4-consulting-routed — is one of the cleanest. For internal broadcast architecture inquiries: book a call.
