We will assist you with every step before your event, including deciding on which equipment would create the biggest impression on your audience, checking the equipment (we check every piece of equipment before each event), provide you with it, and set it up. We are notoriously easy to get hold of. Hence even if you decide to add a few pieces of equipment on short notice, we will work to get it. During your event our technicians are on site to break re-set equipment if different parts of the event require different equipment. They also ensure that everything operates as it should. Lastly, they provide you with that extra level of comfort that comes from knowing that the technicians are right on site to assist you with any issue that may arise concerning A/V (although in all our shows everything has always worked perfectly) or anything else. After the event they will break down the room and be grateful for any feedback that you can give us.
